**Job Summary and Qualifications**

**Performs general maintenance functions as directed by the Director of Engineering or Engineering Supervisor.**

**Installs, repairs and performs preventive maintenance on various equipment in accordance with diagrams, operating manuals, maintenance schedule and manufacturer specifications using hand and power tools and precision measuring and testing instruments.**

**What qualifications you will need:**

+ **High school diploma and/or Vocational Diploma preferred**
+ **HVAC Certification preferred**
+ **1 - 3 Years of relevant experience preferred**
