**Job Title:** Maintenance Technician - Contract to Hire

**Position Summary:**
The Maintenance Technician plays a vital role in maintaining and improving our company's plating processes. This position performs preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure optimal in-plant equipment performance, supports maximum production capacity, and upholds safety and quality standards.

**Essential Job Functions:**


+ Perform preventive and corrective maintenance and repair on all in-plant equipment, including hoists and pumps
+ Install new equipment as required, including basic electrical, plumbing, and structural tasks
+ Conduct preventive maintenance inspections and maintain job-specific equipment
+ Implement Lock-out/Tag-out procedures for equipment safety
