# General Responsibilities

+ Conducts routine maintenance on building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural components.


+ Performs minor carpentry, painting, drywall repairs, and flooring maintenance.


+ Repairs doors, windows, locks, and other structural elements. Inspects service heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems.


+ Replaces air filters, cleans ducts, and checks refrigerant levels.


+ Performs scheduled inspections of facility equipment and infrastructure.
