**Overview**

_The Maintenance Technician performs skilled work in the operation, maintenance and repair of boilers, chillers, HVAC equipment, compressors, instrumentation, generators, pumps, heating, air conditioning, ventilating, lighting power, water, water treatment and other electrical and mechanical systems to achieve maximum performance and efficiency of operation daily._

+ Operate and maintain all building equipment to ensure the operation of same is with design capabilities and to achieve proper environmental conditions prescribed by building management.
