**Job Description**

This 1st shift Maintenance Technician role focuses on ensuring reliable operation of production machinery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will monitor and adjust machines, perform preventive and corrective maintenance, and keep equipment and work areas in excellent condition while following established safety and 5S standards.

**Responsibilities**

+ Monitor production machine operation throughout the shift to identify malfunctions, unusual noises, or performance issues.
+ Adjust machines to proper, documented specifications to maintain product quality and production efficiency.
+ Perform scheduled preventive maintenance in accordance with the maintenance plan to minimize unplanned downtime.
+ Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and industrial systems to restore equipment to proper working condition.
