Description: The Maintenance Technician is responsible for general maintenance of campus buildings including, but not limited to, painting, light carpentry, minor plumbing and electrical needs as it relates to building surfaces throughout the campus and all King University properties. Minimum Qualifications: Education: A high school degree is required.
•Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance and/or building trades
• Communication Skills: Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Leadership Skills: No additional skills listed.
• Computer Skills: Limited knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Level of Independence: High level of ability to work independently and be able to properly prioritize the work to be done.
