Essential Functions of the Position
First and foremost, you will be representing the Bryant Real Estate brand in the field when working on our owner's homes - you must have top-level customer service skills and be a strong representation of our brand when in the field.Ability to adapt to new and difficult situations is a must. A willingness to learn is valued.Responsible for completing work-orders, move-out inspections and addressing tenant needs.The bulk of the work will revolve around effectively troubleshooting tenant complaints on the home's maintenance items, resolving them or referring to an outside vendor, and following up to ensure the issues are resolved and documented correctly.Work to ensure owners and tenants needs are met and homes are maintained.Be a self-starter and able to hit the ground on day one after software systems training.Work with owners to maintain and update the...
