**Job Description**

We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays. This role offers competitive pay with a shift premium.

**Responsibilities**

+ Utilize work orders and machine specification papers to identify machines and equipment requiring repair or maintenance.
+ Operate forklift to move necessary materials for work completion.
+ Troubleshoot equipment issues and decide on the best maintenance and repair methods, whether in-house or outsourced.
+ Inspect and test damaged machine parts, marking defective areas or advising supervisors of repair needs.
+ Install, replace, or modify machine parts and attachments following production specifications.
