**Job Description**

The Maintenance Technician joins the Facilities department and supports the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of building systems and utilities. This role focuses on preventive and corrective maintenance of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and building control systems, as well as end-of-life equipment replacements and upgrades. You will work as part of a collaborative team to maintain a high level of customer service for internal stakeholders, while continuously developing your technical skills and helping introduce new technologies and efficiency improvements within the facility.
