About this role

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing maintenance and repairs necessary to meet Sunrise Management’s high standards for property quality and curb appeal. The role supports the Maintenance Supervisor or Community Manager in all aspects of property upkeep, including expense control, preventive maintenance, and compliance with state and federal safety regulations.

Hourly Pay Range

$27.00 - $33.00 DOE
