Maintenance Technician
Position Summary
This is skilled work involving the installation, maintenance, and repair of facilities, buildings, equipment, and fixtures. Employees in this position perform a variety of skilled maintenance and repair tasks in designated trade areas. Work is performed under the general supervision of the Plant Services Manager.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The following are considered essential functions of this position:

+ Utilize appropriate tools and equipment to operate, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair hospital buildings, utility systems, and related equipment.

+ Monitor, interpret, and respond to information provided by the Building Energy Management System.
