+ **Requirement** :
+ Technical school certification, apprenticeship training, or equivalent hands-on mechanical experience preferred.
+ Basic working knowledge of mechanical systems and industrial equipment.
+ 1-3 years of industrial maintenance or mechanical experience.
+ Experience troubleshooting, maintaining, or repairing conveyors, packaging equipment, or other manufacturing machinery.
+ Basic understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems.
