POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for daily inspections of buildings equipment, and systems to identify any issues that may impact operations. Other duties include maintenance of boiler and HVAC equipment, electrical and other equipment. General maintenance of the facilities and grounds. Electrical, communications and/or systems, IWMS, BMS experience preferred. Also, can include other duties that are deemed necessary to the safe operation of the facilities could be assigned by the Facilities Manager, EOC Director and/or CEO. Receives direction from: Facilities Manager.
