We’re looking for a hands-on Maintenance Technician to join our team at Paramount, one of our luxury high rise communities in San Francisco, and help keep our building in top shape. In this role, you’ll handle repairs, prepare apartments for new residents, and support our team with everything from HVAC fixes to setting up special projects. If you take pride in your work, enjoy solving problems, and want to make a difference every day, we’d love to hear from you.
Schedule:
Sunday - Thursday, 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM
Days Off: Friday and Saturday
What You’ll Do:
General Maintenance & Repairs
Complete work orders and handle day-to-day repairs in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliances
Keep building systems clean, code-compliant, and well-maintained
