Job Title: Maintenance Technician I/III - Extrusion
Location: Lakewood, CO
Type: Direct Hire
Compensation: $24-$36-40/hr + up to 7% annual bonus
Work Model: Onsite
Hours: Friday-Monday, 7:00AM-5:30PM, will originally train on a Monday-Friday


Responsibilities


+ Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on simple/manual, semi-automated, and certain aspects of fully automated manufacturing equipment.

+ Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, controls, and electrical systems to ensure optimal equipment performance.

+ Contribute to process optimization and scrap reduction through equipment design improvements and updates to operating and maintenance procedures.

+ Independently troubleshoot equipment with a high degree of quality and reliability, implementing permanent corrective actions to eliminate recurrent problems.
