WinnCompanies is looking for a Maintenance Technician II to join our team at 7th Avenue Village, a 144-unit PSH-affordable housing community located in Los Angeles, CA.In this role, you will perform maintenance functions in the community, including rental units, residential common areas, office, grounds, and parking lots. This position requires a highly diversified base of knowledge and skills needed to maintain the property to satisfy ownership and management objectives.Please note that the pay range for this position is $ to $ per hour. Final pay will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.Additionally, the selected candidate will adhere to the following work schedule: Monday through Friday, from 8:00AM to 5:00PM, with an on-call rotation.
