About this Opportunity

As maintenance technician, you will ensure equipment is maintained to the highest standards possible through systematic predictive maintenance and preventative maintenance repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintenance and Operations

• Understand in detail how process & plant equipment operates (examples include tablet & capsule manufacturing & packaging process equipment, chillers, boilers, HVAC, compressed air systems, nitrogen systems, waste water, lab gases, electrical distribution, back up generation, general office services).
• Develop Predictive maintenance methodologies utilizing PEMAC Maintenance Management system.
• Develop and continuously improve preventative maintenance routines based on RCM methodologies.
• Develop and comply with relevant SOP’s.
• Ensure spare parts requirements are available and cost effective for equipment.
