Job Description

• Plan, coordinate, document, and oversee all maintenance activities for production equipment, support

systems, and facility infrastructure.

• Tool and Die repair, maintenance and troubleshooting as needed.

• Implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.

• Ensure rapid response and resolution to unplanned equipment breakdowns to support production targets.

• Assists and provides guidance to production team members, train new employees on daily maintenance items.

• Aide planner with scheduling and workflow when affected by maintenance operation.

• Monitor performance and condition of CNC machines, pumps, presses, and other manufacturing equipment.

• Maintain compressor, lighting, and other facility systems critical to plant operations.

• Coordinate maintenance support during product changeovers, shutdowns, and plant upgrades.
