**Job Title: Maintenance Technician III**

**Job Description**

The Maintenance Technician III leads a team of service technicians in the installation, troubleshooting, and repair of automated packaging and distribution equipment, while also supporting the Operations Maintenance team by designing solutions for complex problems and managing technical projects.

**Responsibilities**

+ Lead and guide service technicians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of automated packaging and distribution equipment.
+ Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and automation issues to minimize equipment downtime.
+ Design and implement practical solutions for difficult maintenance and operational problems.
+ Plan, coordinate, and manage maintenance-related projects from concept through completion.
