**Job Description**

This role is responsible for maintaining and improving a large indoor metal manufacturing facility that produces liftgates, including its production equipment, building systems, and common areas. You will work as part of a small, collaborative maintenance team to ensure presses, cranes, welding bays, paint booths, and facility systems operate safely, reliably, and efficiently.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on metal manufacturing equipment, including presses, cranes, welding bays, and paint booths.
+ Maintain and repair building systems such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC to ensure safe and efficient operation of office, production, and public areas.
