**Job Title: Maintenance Technician**

**Job Description**

This role focuses on maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment and mechanical devices to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operation. The Maintenance Technician works with hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical systems, including PLCs and servo drives, and supports both preventive and corrective maintenance activities across the facility.

**Responsibilities**

+ Observe mechanical devices in operation to ensure performance aligns with equipment specifications and production requirements.
+ Work with production machines driven by hydraulic pressure, understanding their operation and maintenance needs.
+ Set up and operate lathes, drill presses, grinders, and other metalworking tools to maintain and repair equipment components.
+ Dismantle devices and equipment to gain access to and remove defective parts safely and efficiently.
