As a Maintenance Technician - Property, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting residential community operations. **Location:** Charlotte, NC

**Pay Range: $26 per hour**

**Shift:** 830am - 5pm, Monday through Friday

+ Support the upkeep and improvement of residential community facilities
+ Perform general maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, and groundskeeping tasks
