Job Summary



The Maintenance Technician Lead is a key member of our property management team and is responsible for the maintenance, repair, inspection, and overall physical condition of residential and commercial properties located in and around Norristown, PA.



This position requires hands-on experience in plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general property maintenance, along with the ability to complete work orders efficiently, prepare units for inspections, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure repairs are completed properly and cost-effectively.
