**Job Description**
The roving Maintenance Technician performs maintenance and repair work across multiple residential properties in the Portland metro area. You will be part of a skilled maintenance team, ensuring that buildings, common areas, and grounds are maintained to high standards while providing professional, responsive service to residents. This role requires flexibility to work at different locations, adapt to a changing schedule, and participate in after-hours emergency coverage.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform a wide range of maintenance tasks, including basic plumbing repairs, basic electrical repairs, painting, carpentry, and lifting items up to 100 lbs.
