The primary function of the Environmental Service Technician is to maintain the building, grounds, facility and equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Follow maintenance schedules and safety precautions
Perform repairs (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, roofing, flooring)
Install shelving, fixtures, and perform painting
