**Job Title: Maintenance Technician**

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform preventive maintenance, corrective repairs, and routine inspections on CNC machines, robotic welders, automation systems, and facility equipment.
+ Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues on production machinery.
+ Troubleshoot CNC controls, automated robotic cells, sensors, motors, and PLC-driven systems to restore proper operation.
+ Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns to minimize production downtime and maintain smooth operations.
+ Support robotic welding cells by resolving alarms, I/O faults, sensor issues, and minor program interruptions.
+ Monitor automation equipment such as material-handling robotics, conveyors, and automated inspection systems to ensure consistent performance.
+ Verify the safe and proper functionality of robotic guarding, light curtains, and other safety devices.
