Adecco is currently seeking a dependable **Maintenance Technician** for a temporary assignment at a residential property in Arlington, VA. The ideal candidate will have general maintenance experience and be comfortable performing routine property upkeep tasks.

**Responsibilities:**

+ Change light bulbs, air filters, and smoke detector batteries.
+ Use drills and basic hand tools to complete maintenance tasks.
+ Safely climb ladders and perform work at varying heights.
+ Organize and maintain the maintenance office and supplies.
+ Conduct property walk-throughs and identify maintenance issues requiring attention.
+ Assist with general repairs and preventative maintenance as needed.
+ Help maintain a clean, safe, and well-kept property environment.
