**Maintenance Technician**

**Shift/Pay/Additional Information:**

+ Shift: 1st shift 7a to 3:30p
+ 40hrs a week to 45hrs
+ Pay: $34.85/hr.
+ Monthly Incentive Bonus from 5% - 8%
+ Annual Merit increase of Pay around 2.5%
+ New Hires et one excused absence, 1 unpaid personal day every 90 days during first year.
+ After 1 year anniversary - prorated vacation (comes out to about 3 weeks)
+ Non union

**Job Description**

This role focuses on maintaining and repairing production equipment and facility systems with an emphasis on mechanical work and supporting electrical tasks. You will perform approximately 70% mechanical and 30% electrical maintenance on large presses, coil feeds, and related industrial equipment to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations.
