Job Description
The maintenance technician job involves performing repairs and preventative maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems, as well as troubleshooting and documenting work in a computerized system. Key duties include responding to work orders, ensuring safety and compliance with codes, and performing daily building surveys. The role requires a strong technical background, good problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Hours M-F 8:30am – 5PM
