**Tradesmen International** is immediately hiring experienced **Maintenance Technicians** for projects located in or around **Warren, OH** . This is a first shift opportunity and **the pay rate is $27-$29/hour** based on experience and skill level. **Job Scope:**

+ Perform general maintenance work throughout the facility
+ Replace and install ceiling lights
+ Switch cover plates, including converting duplex to single and installing GFCI outlets
+ Perform hot and cold water system work including draining systems and replacing faucets
+ Complete electrical work including converting fire systems from wired to wireless
+ Patch holes and perform drywall repairs or replacements
+ Replace doors as needed
