The primary role of the Maintenance Technician is to ensure that the plant and equipment are maintained in optimal working condition. The role requires providing guidance and support to fellow team members during shifts.

**Responsibilities**

+ Keep management informed of any plant maintenance issues.
+ Repair and maintain all plant equipment and areas.
+ Actively support and implement preventative maintenance programs.
+ Utilize welding and electrical skills to perform maintenance tasks.
+ Troubleshoot issues and execute necessary repairs.
+ Ensure repairs and maintenance work minimally impact production time.
+ Adhere to corporate and regulatory food safety, quality, and sanitation requirements.
+ Attend required training sessions, including GMPs, HAACP, SQF, and Safety.
+ Perform other duties as assigned, which may include on-call and weekend work.
