Position Overview

Job Description

  • Ensure maximum availability and reliability of automotive production equipment, in compliance with safety, quality, and cost objectives.
  • Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on wiring harness production machines and automated equipment.
  • Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and automation failures, with a strong focus on wiring and crimping processes.
  • Carry out mechanical adjustments related to cable cutting, stripping, terminal crimping, and connector assembly.
  • Intervene on workstations and End-of-Line (EOL) systems, including cameras, sensors, vision systems, and fiber optics.
  • Analyze breakdowns using root cause analysis methods (5 Why, Ishikawa) and implement corrective actions.
  • Record and track maintenance activities in SAP PM (work orders, spare parts, preventive plans).
