**Maintenance & Tooling Supervisor**

**Location:** Bristol, CT
**Schedule:** 6AM - 2PM, Monday- Friday
**Hourly Pay:** $30/hr (62,400k Annually)

A growing manufacturing organization is seeking an experienced and hands-on Maintenance & Tooling Supervisor to lead maintenance operations and support the efficient performance of its production facility. This role is responsible for minimizing equipment downtime through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, tooling support, and facility maintenance. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with strong mechanical and electrical expertise who thrives in a manufacturing environment.
