The Co-op Refinery Complex (CRC) is hiring a Maintenance Trades Supervisor on a permanent basis on our Maintenance & Reliability team.This position requires on-site work and is based in Regina, SK.

You will lead and manage a team of trade employees, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality work. Key responsibilities include:

  • Setting safety, performance, and development expectations for all trade groups reporting to this position and conducting regular field audits to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and in a cost-effective manner aligned with maintenance schedules.
