**Job Description**
This role focuses on welding and fabricating ramps, decks, and loading systems for a variety of specialized applications, including motorsports-related equipment. You will use your MIG and TIG aluminum welding skills to read and interpret blueprints, produce high-quality welds, and contribute to a growing, family-owned fabrication shop that values continuous learning and professional development.

**Responsibilities**

+ Weld and fabricate ramps, decks, and loading systems according to project specifications and blueprints.
+ Read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings to ensure accurate measurements and precise welds.
+ Perform MIG and TIG welding on aluminum components in a production environment.
