Overview


The maintenance workers are responsible for the specified and/or general upkeep of the Harbor Light Complex and its surrounding grounds (i.e. mini-park, parking lot).


This position pays $16.00 /hr This position is 40 hrs per week.

Responsibilities


+ Notify the Facilities Manager and co-workers regarding any delays with work projects .

+ Floor maintenance – i.e. sweeping, mopping & buffing floors.

+ Flooring – i.e. installation of sub floor, VCT tile and cove base.
