Summary

Assists in repairing and maintaining MLHS facilities, equipment, and grounds. Performs mechanical, electrical, plumbing, painting, and carpentry work as needed. Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Duties

Mechanical/Electrical:


+ Completes monthly preventative maintenance list on HVAC system. Communicates any repairs to Supervisor or Manager.*

+ Checks pumps, motors and electrical equipment daily.

+ Boiler log sheet is completed daily and signed off on per State codes. *

+ Completes monthly/quarterly required tests on boiler, reports any abnormal condition to Supervisor or Manager.*

+ Completes required training as determined by Supervisor or Manager on our Siemens computer control heating/air conditioning...
