Position Summary Mika in Coral Gables, led by Chef Michael White, is seeking a polished, hospitality-driven Maitre D’ to oversee and elevate the guest experience while supporting front-of-house operations in a refined, upscale dining environment.

The ideal candidate is warm, charismatic, highly organized, and passionate about luxury hospitality, guest engagement, and relationship-building.

The Maitre D’ serves as the first and last impression of the restaurant, managing reservations, coordinating seating flow, cultivating VIP guest relationships, and ensuring every guest receives gracious, personalized hospitality.

This role also acts as a brand ambassador for Mika within the local community and hospitality network.
