Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook authentic Malay dishes in accordance with established recipes and quality standards
• Plan menus and develop new dishes while maintaining traditional flavors
• Ensure proper food presentation, taste, and portion control
• Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, ordering, and cost control
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in compliance with regulations
• Supervise and train kitchen staff when required
