1. Have a Degree or Diploma in Exercise science, Physical Education, kinesiology, or an equivalent field and professional certification from a recognized Organization  in the health & fitness industry. He /she must have internationally recognized certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and first Aid. 

2. Have a minimum of two (2) Years of practical experience in an exercise facility and one (1) years  supervisory. 

3. Have a minimum of two (20 years of the Physiological and bio- mechanical principle of exercise. 

4.Be familiar with the body's various  energy systems and appropriate types of exercise regimes to develop these system.
