· Drafting of replies to the Rera complaint/appeal,Consumer complaint/appeal, winding up petition,NCLT Petiton, Consumer Complaints, Civil Suit(s), Writ Petition, Public Interest Litigation etc and other relevant proceedings



· Proficient with courts and arbitration procedures



· Present and summaries cases to Counsels



· updated knowledge on the recent case laws
