Responsibilities

The Mall Admin Supervisor maintains the smooth and efficient operations of the mall. This includes monitoring facilities, proposing and implementing standards of safety and sanitation, and managing day‑to‑day activities within the mall. The role also coordinates with the various mall departments and manages maintenance personnel to provide the best experience for both tenants and customers.

Qualifications

• Must possess at least a Bachelor’s or College degree, preferably in any Business‑related course.
• At least 2 years of experience in operations management; experience in food and beverage, hospitality, and retail is an advantage.
• Previous experience in a commercial/mall setting is highly preferred.
• Preferably with experience handling maintenance and janitorial personnel.
