Lead and manage the overall marketing function for the mall, including brand building, shopper marketing, events, digital and PR activities.

Lead and coach a marketing team to plan, execute and review mall-wide events, campaigns and promotions that drive shopper traffic, sales and customer loyalty.

Work closely with tenants, leasing and operations team to plan and execute joint promotions, product launches and in-mall activations that support tenant sales performance.

Take ownership of the marketing budget and P&L for the department, including annual planning, monthly tracking, cost optimisation and post-campaign ROI analysis.

Coordinate with internal departments and external partners (agencies, vendors, media, KOLs, community partners) to ensure smooth, timely and high-quality execution of all marketing activities.
