We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Staff Credentialing Analyst to bridge the gap between provider compliance and financial performance. This role is ideal for someone who possesses a strong background in healthcare provider credentialing paired with hands‑on exposure to operational financial workflows. You will play a key role in ensuring our network remains compliant while optimizing operational costs and financial efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Credentialing Management: Oversee and streamline the provider credentialing and re-credentialing processes to ensure full compliance with managed care contracts and regulatory standards.
• Financial Operations Support: Support operational financial workflows, including tracking department budgets, analyzing variances, and monitoring cost‑containment initiatives within healthcare operations.
