We seek individuals to confidently guide our clients on their journey and to join our pre-sales Design team as a Managed Service Architect, working with the wider Design and Sales teams to produce service designs for our clients.

Today, Natilik guides our clients on their digital transformation through the service methodology of Discover, Design, Transition, Manage and Success. With the market shift to ‘outcome first, technology second’, the solutions and services must meet both technical and ongoing lifecycle objectives.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate directly with clients to capture requirements and design managed service solutions that meet business challenges.
• Articulate the business value of service designs in client meetings and produce detailed, clear client-facing documentation....
