Sprinklr is a leading AI‑native platform for Unified Customer Experience Management (Unified‑CXM) and is looking for a Managed Services Consultant.
Main Responsibilities - Act as technical subject matter expert for Sprinklr Service products, supporting field Solutions Consultants as a technical resource in driving new business in relation to solution architecture, integrations, infrastructure, and analytics.
- Work directly with prospects and customers during sales cycles, to build confidence and excitement around the full functionality of the Sprinklr’s Service products and integrations with customer systems.
- Lead presales activities including building and delivering compelling presentations, making solution recommendations, facilitating in‑depth technical workshops, assisting with RFPs, and conducting Proofs of Concept (POC) that demonstrate Sprinklr solutions and the value they provide against a customer’s required capabilities.
