1 - Managed Services Engineer (Cebu)

Key Responsibilities:

• Continuous monitoring of alerts and reported issues of network devices and infrastructure health using monitoring tools (PRTG, Datadog, etc.)

• Perform first-level troubleshooting and escalate unresolved incidents to Level 2/3 engineers

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in NOC, helpdesk, technical support, or infrastructure monitoring 

• Working knowledge of networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls, routing/switching is an advantage
