MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• To take ownership of management accounting, reporting and financial control for the Madrid office, supporting Partners, Associates and the London Accounts team with timely, accurate financial information and robust financial governance
• Preparation of monthly Management Accounts, including posting journals, accruals, prepayments and fixed asset accounting.
• Review of monthly bank reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Submission of VAT returns and liaison with external advisors where required.
• Management of cashflow planning and monitoring.
