Summary The Management & Program Analyst (MA) is located in the Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA) Regional Office (RO). The MA will be responsible for providing qualitative and quantitative assessments of the administrative operations of the VR&E Division, including administrative and technical support on the organization and implementation of standard operating procedures, workload management, allocation of budgets employee utilization, and resource allocation.
