Summary This position is part of the National Archives and Records Administration, Office of the Inspector General. The incumbent is responsible for assisting in the coordination and development of the Office of Investigations (OI) Congressional reports, training, quality assurance, organization, policy of investigative work product and several program areas that aid the operation of the OI. Responsibilities As a Management and Program Analyst, you will: Nationally manage a broad ranging OIG Hotline program. Advise OIG senior management on the operations of complaint management. Advise OIG management on the implementation of automation to improve the efficiency of support or program operations including the management and development of the investigative electronic case management system.
